Neakivaizdinis Vilnius

Vilnius is the TOP-1 Lithuanian city to explore by foreign tourists, although Lithuanians from other cities don’t find their capital attractive for weekend getaways. They rather choose resort towns of Lithuania or the capitals of neighboring countries.
Research showed that prevailing reason for not visit the capital is – “I feel like I know everything here”. Our task was to prove them wrong.

 

We created a local tourism platform and Vilnius became Neakivaizdinis Vilnius.
People all around Lithuania were invited not to study in Vilnius, but to part-time study Vilnius itself— the “unsightly”, undiscovered sides of it.

 

The visual system is based on the same as the idea itself – discovering non-obvious. The city’s map became the source for the platform’s identity.
